Saturday’s @10am – POWER-UP for a CAUSE w/”Yoga Steve”

Join us all summer long for a complimentary Baptiste Inspired Power Yoga Class taught by “Yoga Steve” Ausdenmoore from Warrior Power Yoga in San Antonio, TX. Hosted by your friends at lululemon La Cantera, and The Shops at La Cantera, classes will be held on the patio space above Francesca’s across from Grimaldi’s Pizza at the mall.

This is a donation base class supporting Veterans Yoga Project. Yogi’s will celebrate the sunshine, being led through invigorating sun salutations, twists and core strengthening sequences. They’ll enjoy balancing & grounding postures, breathing exercises and then love our final resting pose, Savasana. You’ll leave class feeling reconnected, restored and reignited to take on the day!
