  1. What do I bring to class?
    • Customers bring a variety of items for their workout, however, here are a few of our suggestions:
      • Yoga Mat
      • Mat Towel
      • Face Towel (to wipe away sweat)
      • A Water Bottle, Sports Drink, Etc.
      • Workout Clothes
        • You might want to bring a change of clothes.
  2. Do you offer personal/private 1:1 yoga lessons?
    • Personalized, one-on-one instruction is the secret to improved skills and increased confidence. With private yoga lessons, you’ll zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle.
